Terms and Conditions:

  1. Guest should carry voters ID Card / Driving license
  2. Above transport rate subjected to chage with fuel prices 
  3. The cost will be revised if the price rise is above 2:50 Rupees per litre
  4. Representative  charge  half  day  INR  1200/-  &  fullday   INR 1700/-
  5. Porter  charge  INR 30 /- INR 40/- per  bag each way at  Bagdogra, Biratnagar & Bhadrapur  Airport / NJP   Rly  Station
  6. Lunch at  Bagdogra Airport  Restaurant   Rs. 700/-  per person.
  7. Cultural  Show at Darjeeling  Rs. 6000/-  for  1 hour.
  8. Cultural Show in Dooars Rs. 2500/- – INR 4000/-
  9. Cancellation  Charge  50 %  before  24 hours
  10. Paragliding Charges are INR 2500/- – INR 3500/-
  11. Waiting Charge  Rs. 800/-  per hour  for  Coach & INR 500 /- per hour for small vehicles.
  12. In case  of breakdown  of the vehicles advance  money  shall be refunded.
  13. Extra  Money  will be  charged  if the No head exceeds  from after booking.
  14. Day halt  for  coach  INR 1800/- per day  & INR 1200/-  per day for  small vehicles.
  15. Night halt  for coach  INR 1200 /-  & INR 900/-  for  small vehicles.
  16. Luggage  at Passenger’s own risk.
  17. Tax Applicable 4.95  %
  18. If  any unavoidable  incident occurs while on Tour Dreamway Destinations will not be responsible
  19. Maximum driving time of 6 Hours on hills and 7 hours on plain with 45 minutes break
  20. Overtime Charges INR 200 per hours after 7 hours service (Condition Applies)
  21. Night Halt charges INR 300 per night - Overtime will not be calculated during night halt
  22. Above rates are inclusive of all taxes and charges (Parking Fee Extra)
  23. Time & Fuel - IN and OUT will be calculated from Garage out to Garage In
  24. Vehicles log sheet signed by the guest is a must while boarding and during departure 
  25. Payments has to be made in advance 
  26. Preferably - No night service in Hills of Sikkim Darjeeling region – Except in case of emergency service
  27. No Night service while crossing International Border

Family Vehicles: Capacity of Four (04) Guest as per the rules of the region: Eight (08) Kilometres per liter in the Hills and 10 kilometres per liter in the plains: Mileage less with AC: AC will run only below 1000 feet elevation: Higher altitude generally AC not required. Deluxe Vehicles: Capacity of Eight (08) Guest as per the rules of the region: Eight (08) Kilometres per liter in the Hills and 10 kilometres per liter in the plains: Mileage less with AC: AC will run only below 1000 feet elevation: Higher altitude generally AC not required. Luxury Vehicles: Capacity of Seven (07) Guest as per the rules of the region: Eight (08) Kilometres per liter in the Hills and 10 kilometres per liter in the plains: Mileage less with AC: AC will run only below 1000 feet elevation: Higher altitude generally AC not required. Car Body Type: Hatchback
