Day- 01
On arrival transfer to Pelling - Our representative will be there to receive Guests on arrival and assist them in getting a transfer to Pelling - Transfer to Pelling is approximately 140 kilometers and is nearly 05½ - 06 hours first along the River Teesta i.e. National Highway 10 next alongside River Rangeet - Pelling is situated at an altitude of 6800 feet i.e. 2072 meters - On a clear day guest can get a clear view of Himalayan range with snow-capped mount Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Khangchendzonga, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing, Sinolchu, etc - Proximate locations to Pelling are Yuksom, Rinchenpong, Dzongri, Namchi, Ravangla, Chyyataal, and Hee Burmiok - It is one of the exotic settlement with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids, and wildlife - Evening one is free to stroll around this small settlement - Check into hotel - Evening free to roam around the helipad or shopping - Over Night stay at Pelling
Day- 02
Pelling local sightseeing - After breakfast at hotel - Drive for Full Day Sight Seeing of Pelling and its surroundings - The routes are forested and the botanical and zoological richness is inspiring - Places of visit are many but best is Kechopalri or Khecheopalri lake - It is one of the holy Buddhist lakes and it is believed that any wish in front of the lake comes true - Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface, it is picked by a bird and thus the water surface is always free of leaves - 1st Half tour - Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls - Post lunch start for 2nd Half tour - Pemayangtse Monastery, Sang-Ngag Choling (Sky Walk is Optional for Guests at a supplement cost), New Helipad Ground - Back to hotel - Evening free to stroll around the helipad or Shopping center - Over Night stay at Pelling
Day- 03
Excursion to Yuksom - Early morning breakfast - Start for Yuksom which is approximately 42 kilometers and is nearly 02 hours drive - Yuksom is the first capital and a historical town in Geyzing subdivision in the Northeast Indian state of Sikkim - The Chogyal established the first monastery at Yuksom in Sikkim known as the Dubdi Monastery in 1701, which is part of Buddhist religious pilgrimage circuit is located at the top of a hill about an hour's walk from Yuksom - The Tibetan Buddhist monastery, Dubdi Monastery, is located in the area and also a smaller Mallu Monastery - It was also known as the Hermit's Cell after its reclusive founder Lhatsun Namkha Jigme - One can visit Darap Homestay & rock garden on the way if time permits - Dzongri Trek starts from Yuksom - It is also the entry point of Kanchendzonga National Park - Back to hotel/resort or homestay - Evening free to roam around the helipad or Shopping center - Over Night stay at Pelling
Day- 04
Transfer to Namchi - After breakfast at hotel - Transfer to Namchi - Transfer is approximately 70 Kilometres and is nearly 03 - 03½ hours drive by road via Sakyong - Gyalshing Road - Nayabazar - Legship - Reshi Road - Namchi or Namtse is the capital of the district of South Sikkim in the Indian state of Sikkim - On the way visit Temi Tea Estate and Rock Garden - Namchi is a perfect destination for tourist in search of enchantment, tranquility, trekking, leisure or similar package tour - The visitors can enjoy the scenic view of Temi tea garden - Namchi is situated at an elevation of altitude of 1675 meters i.e. 5500 feet - Check into Hotel/homestay or resort - In the evening one is free to stroll around the local market - Overnight stay at Namchi
Day- 05
Namchi Local Sightseeing - Early morning breakfast - The local Sightseeing will be in Maruti van / Similar as this is the norm - Siddhesvara Dhaam is a unique pilgrimage tourism venture of the Sikkim Government developed as Pilgrim cum Cultural Centre having an 87 feet statue of Lord Shiva and replicas of four Dhaams of the country at one place at Solophok hilltop in Namchi - The four most revered Dhams of the Hindus Jagannath, Dwarika, Rameshwaram, Badrinath has been replicated in this fantastic complex to benefit the devotees and tourists - There is a Rock Garden & Temi Tea Estate - the statue of 118 feet at the Samdruptse hill - Natural Beauty and the setting is worth enjoying - Back to hotel for lunch or lunch on the way - The rest of the day is free - Evening one is free to stroll around the Local Market - Overnight stay at Namchi
Day- 06
Departure transfer to Siliguri Or Gangtok - Early morning breakfast - Drive to Siliguri or Gangtok - It is approximately 110 Kilometres and is nearly 03½ - 04 hours drive by road from Bagdogra or Siliguri whereas Pakyong Airport (PYG) will be nearly 80 kilometers and nearly 03 - 03½ hours drive along the scenic road - The drive is through hills and with scenic beauty - Stoppage at Jorethang Or Melli or Chitrey for a cup of Tea is advisable - One stop at Coronation bridge if time permits - Drop to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) Or to Pakyong airport nearly 35 kilometers from Gangtok - Guest are advised to start early and not to rush - Forwarding Journey
