Buxa, Jaldapara Gorumara Package Tour 06 Nights and 07 Days

Day- 01

On Arrival Transfer to Buxa Tiger Reserve (Jayanti) or Rajabhatkhawa - On arrival, our representative will be there to receive guests and assist them to get transferred to Buxa Tiger Reserve (Jayanti) or Rajabhatkhawa  -  It is a drive of 175 kilometers and is nearly 04½ - 05 hours drive through Tea Estate and forest / Sanctuary  - The route is via Malbazaar, Chalsa, Madarihat & Rajabhatkhawa - Lunch on the way in Dhaba - Rajabhatkhawa / Jayanti - Rajabhatkhawa is a small settlement situated just outside the Buxa Tiger Reserve in the Alipurduar district - It is known for its natural beauty, surrounded by forest - Raimatang, Raseekbill, Mendabari, Chilapata, Sikiajhora, Lepchakha, Hatipota, Bhutan Ghat & Phuentsholling, Jaldapara National Park,  etc are nearby Tourist attractions - The Bhutan border town Phuentsholling is  about 30 kilometers and can be visited as part of a day outing - Evening free to stroll around the hotel or resort - Night stay at Buxa Tiger Reserve (Jayanti) or Rajabhatkhawa

Day- 02

Safari at Buxa Tiger Reserve, Sightseeing & Transfer to Jaldapara National Park (Madarihat) - Early morning start for forest Safari to Buxa Tiger reserve - Check out of Hotel/homestay and start sightseeing - It is a 760 square kilometre tiger reserve located inside the Buxa National Park it is contiguous to Phipsu Wildlife Sanctuary of Bhutan - After Safari back to hotel/homestay for breakfast - Chuniya Watch Tower, Nature Interpretation Centre in Rajabhatkhawa, Pukhri Lake, It is a lake on top of a hill has fishes and turtles - The trek route to Pukhuri passes through beautiful forests - A number of places in the core area of Buxa Tiger Reserve are not accessible to tourists any more - Next transfer to Jaldapara National Park (Madarihat) - It is approximately 50 kilometres and is nearly 01½ - 02 hours drive through the forest - Rajabhatkhawa & Madarihat on the way  - Lunch on the way in Dhaba or on reaching Jaldapara - Jaldapara National Park ensures a pleasant climate round the year so it isn’t a problem even if you’ve set your visit any time of the year - Evening free to stroll around the hotel or resort - Night stay at Jaldapara National Park (Madarihat)

Day- 03

Jaldapara Forest Activities i.e. Safari, Elephant Ride & Excursion to Phuentsholling - Early morning drive to Hollong for thrilling elephant safari is organized in the early morning from Hollong - It offers the exquisite beauty of the vast grassland of Jaldapara -  06 - 07 elephants operating from Hollong every morning and they make 2 round trips - One can sight Indian rhinos, bison, deer and Asiatic elephants - Back to resort for breakfast - Post Lunch one can visit Phuentsholling - The frontier town in southern Bhutan nearly Phuntsholing or Phuentsholing is the administrative seat of the Chukha district - A thriving commercial centre - One can visit Temple called Zangtho Pelri Lhakhang, Monastery called Kharbandi Goemba, Crocodile breeding centre and the local market is the places of interest - Back to resort / hotel / Camp - Overnight stay at Jaldapara

[Note: Alternate Sightseeing can be Totopara Or Chilapata - Totopara is a vanishing tribe is nearly 25 kilometres on the Indo - Bhutan Border -  Nearly 26 kilometres from Jaldapara is Chilapata Forest Reserve, Nal Rajar Garh, Barodabari/ Malangi and Kodal Bosti are the place of interest]

Day- 04

Jaldapara Forest Activities (Optional) & Transfer to Lataguri (Gorumara National Park Or Murti) via Khayerbari - One can enjoy Elephant Ride in Hollong Or Jeep Safari in Jaldapara and return to Hotel, Resort or Homestay - Early morning breakfast - Check out from Jaldapara - Drive to Khayerbari  - Enjoy South Khayerbari at a distance of 10 kilometers from Madarihat, it is an animal rescue centre - It offers the exquisite beauty  & tourist can spot the rare Bengal Florican -  One can sight Indian rhinos, bison, deer, and Asiatic elephants -  Drive to Lataguri  - It is approximately 75 kilometres and is nearly 02 hours drive through lush green Tea Estate and forested area - Check into the resort and have lunch or one can have lunch outside rich tropical forests, innumerable hill streams cutting across the green carpet, undulating plains makes this a tourist hotspot - In the late evening campfire & tribal dance at the resort can be arranged (Optional) - Night halt at Resort at Lataguri , Gorumara Or Murti

Day- 05

Gorumara Forest Activities & Excursion to Bindu & Jhalong - At around 05 AM one can start for Forest Safari after booking the ticket from forest office with proper ID card - After the safari one has to come back to Hotel, Resort or homestay for Breakfast - Early morning Breakfast - Post breakfast its visit to Jhalong, Bindu in the lap of Himalaya - The area is known for its diversified flora and fauna - Jhalong is on the bank of the river Jaldhaka on the Indo-Bhutan border in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the way to Bindu - Major attraction are scenic beauty, birds and the Water body - Bindu is the last village of West Bengal before one enters Bhutan on the bank of  river Jaladhaka a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan - Thew place is also known for Ginger & cardamom plantations - Back to resort by 02 PM and have Lunch - Next to prepare for booking of Safari Tickets - Early evening (04 PM to 06 PM) Jungle safari subjected to availability of tickets – In the late evening one can stroll around the market area - Guest are advised not to stroll away from the crowd towards the forest - Back to resort - In the late evening campfire & tribal dance at the resort can be arranged (Optional) - Night Stay at Resort in Lataguri / Gorumara National Park / Murti i.e.Duars / Dooars

Day- 06

Gorumara Forest Activities & Excursion to Samsing & Suntaleykhola - Morning around 05 AM one can enjoy the Jeep Safari which is held for Gorumara National Park [ID card is required for guests while tickets are being issued] - After Safari back to Hotel / resort or Homestay - Complete morning breakfast - Next one has to leave for Excursion to visit Samsing & Suntaleykhola in the lap of Himalaya - The area is known for its diversified flora and fauna - Samsing is a village at around 3000 feet known for its landscape, tea gardens and the forest. It is also a gateway to Neora Valley National Park - Aivel estate is a treat to watch & Suntaley Khola is named from a stream named Suntaley - One can spot exotic species of birds and butterflies - Visitors can cherish the natural natures beauty of this hamlet - Back to resort by 2 PM and have Lunch - Next to prepare for booking of Safari Tickets - Early evening (4 PM to 6 PM) Jungle safari subjected to availability of tickets - In the late evening one can stroll around the market area - Guest are advised not to stroll away from the crowd towards the forest - Back to resort  - Night Stay at Resort in Gorumara National Park, Lataguri or Murty

Day- 07

Departure transfer to Malbazar, Siliguri or Gangtok - Optional is Jeep Safari - Around 05 AM one can enjoy the Jeep Safari which is held for Gorumara National Park [ID card is required for guests while tickets are being issued] - After Safari back to Hotel / resort or Homestay - Early morning breakfast - Check-Out Time 10:30 AM - Next one has to drive to Malbazar, Siliguri Or Gangtok -  Pakyong Airport is approximately 130 kilometers and is nearly 04 - 05 hours drive - Malbazar is  to only 25 kilometers and is nearly 01 hour drive - Bagdogra is approximately 90 kilometers drive and is nearly 02½ - 03 hours via Sevoke Coronation Bridge / Sevoke Kali Mandir - New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) is 80 kilometers via Gajoldoba & is nearly 02½ - 03 hours drive with a stop at Gajoldoba - One can stop will be provided at Coronation Bridge for photography and scenic beauty if time permits - One can also have some refreshment if time permits - Traffic will be more hence one has to start early -  Drop at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / New Mal Junction (NMZ) /Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus (Junction) / Siliguri / Pakyong Airport (PYG) -  Forwarding Journey
