Rajabhatkhawa is also a portion of the corridor which serves as international corridor for elephant migration between India and Bhutan. Jayanti forest range covers approximately around 780 square kilometres. Migratory birds like Goosanders, Ibis Bill, Fork-tails and many other species of birds visit the swift rivers of Rydak and Jayanti. Local birds that can be spotted are Pheasants, Cuckoos, Minivets, Flycatchers, Mynas, Orioles, Owls, Parakeets, Partridges, Sunbirds, Swallows, Swifts, etc. Tourist lodges of West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation or the west Bengal Forest Development Corporation at Malbazar, Jalpaiguri, Jaldapara, Hollong, Rajabhatkhawa, Madarihat, Gorumara, Samsing, Jayanti, etc along with a few numbers of private hotels, resorts, guest houses are available at Bindu, Parren Busty, Samsing, Rocky Island, Gorumara, Jaldapara, Chilapata, Murty, Malbazar, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar Cooch Behar.
