Ravangla / Maenem Hill / Tedong Hill - Ravangla is situated in the West district of Sikkim and is close to Pelling. Temi Tea Estate is nearby and is the only tea garden in Sikkim. Visit to tea garden can be arranged for the tourist. A place near Ravangla is Pephu lies near Singmoo, which is nearly five kilometres from Rabongla on the highway between Singtam and Rabongla. One has to walk about half an hour down hill from Sangmoo to reach the cave, which lies between the Tendong and Maenam hill. Its cavern is said to extend to both the Tendong and Maenam hilltops. The height of the cave varies from two metres to thirty metres.Tadong Hill is situated above Damthang near Namchi. A flat stretch of land at an elevation of nearly 8528 feet and is surrounded by lush green forest is known as the Tadong Hill. Historically, this has been a place of recluse for the Buddhist Lamas who spend years in meditation amidst the silent scenic grandeur. It offers its visitors view from the top of the Tendong Hill is cherishing and ranges from the plains of Bengal to the Himalayan Ranges.The trek from Rabangla to Maenam takes nearly four hours or the gentle trek to Borong village or follow the more treacherous trails down to Yangyang village is also worth enjoying. Situated in South Sikkim district Maenam Wildlife Sanctuary is a treat for the wildlife lovers. Thick forests encompass a vast range of flora and fauna including Red Panda, Goral, Serow, Barking Deer, Leopard - Cat, Civet-Cats, Blood Pheasant, Marbled - Cat, Common Hill Partridge, Magpies, etc. It lies above Tendong Hill, covering an area of nearly thirty five kilometres square. Literally means the treasure-house of medicines
